For the party that, prior to election day, insisted Donald Trump accept the results of the election, the Democrats seem to be completely oblivious to the hypocrisy of their claims in all their whining about Russians having influenced the election.
Let’s take a quick look at the Russian influence the U.S. Presidential election:
- Who insisted on using a private email server for official State Department business?
- Who used the Clinton Foundation as a money-laundering ‘pay-to-play’ operation?
- Who called half the country ‘deplorable’?
- Who acted ‘entitled’ to the office of the President?
- Who offered a message of maintaining the status quo and no message of hope for normal Americans?
The answer to all those questions is not ‘the Russians’! Unless the Russians advised the Ms. Clinton to do those things, I don’t see Russian influence in any of that. The whining by the Left sounds like a bunch of sour grapes to me.
Americans should ask themselves: Why is Russian hacking (and supposed involvement in our election) getting the attention it’s getting? They’ve been hacking us for years – and the current Administration knows it, but are only now speaking up about it. Why? Sour grapes?
The Millennial generation may have a reputation of being entitled, privileged, and whiny, but it’s Democrats who are acting entitled, privileged, and whiny on a daily basis. It’s amazing to witness their inability to practice what they preach.
Democrats are proving that their modus operandi really is: “Do as I say, not as I do.” If all Americans succumbed to this, we’d see a slide toward anarchy. But, maybe that’s the ultimate goal. Then, in their view, they’d have a legitimate reason to impose their will through the force of law. That’s the real danger to America – the so-called elites deciding what’s best for Americans and forcing it on us.
Fortunately, we have the Electoral College system to prevent a tyranny of the majority. I’m One Black American who will be celebrating today’s Electoral College vote affirming the results of the 2016 Presidential Election.
